外高橋造船交付全球首艘智能超大型礦砂船
2018年(nian)11月(yue)28日,由中國船舶工業(ye)集團有限(xian)公(gong)司所屬上(shang)海(hai)外高橋造船有限(xian)公(gong)司為招商(shang)局(ju)能(neng)源(yuan)運輸股份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司量身訂造的(de)全(quan)球首艘40萬噸智能(neng)超大型(xing)礦砂船(VLOC)“明遠”號(船體編號:H1447)在上(shang)海(hai)命(ming)名交付。
“明遠(yuan)”號輪(lun)是(shi)外(wai)高(gao)橋造船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)為招商輪(lun)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)造的(de)首艘智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)超大(da)型礦砂(sha)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),是(shi)工信(xin)部立項的(de)高(gao)技術(shu)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)研(yan)究(jiu)重大(da)專項智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)1.0的(de)首艘示范船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),該船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)實現了輔助自動駕駛、能(neng)(neng)效管理、設備運(yun)維、船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)岸一體通信(xin)、貨物液化監測等五大(da)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)模塊(kuai)功能(neng)(neng),標志著中(zhong)國智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)全面邁入1.0新時(shi)代(dai)。
“明(ming)遠”輪(lun)總長約362米(mi),型(xing)寬65米(mi),型(xing)深30.4米(mi),結構(gou)吃水23米(mi),航(hang)速14.5節(jie),續航(hang)2.55萬(wan)海(hai)里,除了其具有智能性外,該船設計滿足CSA2、LNG-Ready、貨物液(ye)化(hua)、一人橋樓、環(huan)境友好等規范(fan)和標準(zhun)要求。全船共7個(ge)(ge)貨艙(cang)、1個(ge)(ge)液(ye)化(hua)天(tian)然氣艙(cang),采用(yong)(yong)節(jie)能環(huan)保(bao)的超長沖(chong)程柴油機、高壓岸電、航(hang)速雙程優化(hua)等解決方案(an),使用(yong)(yong)高效螺旋(xuan)槳(jiang)并加裝前置(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)輪(lun)等節(jie)能裝置(zhi)(zhi),具有智能、經(jing)濟、綠色、環(huan)保(bao)、節(jie)能、安全等特點(dian)。
“明遠”輪還成(cheng)為全(quan)球首艘獲得DNV GL船(chuan)級社SmartShip (OE, PE, CME) 智能(neng)船(chuan)符號的船(chuan)舶(bo),以及中國船(chuan)級社i-Ship (N, M, E, I) 智能(neng)船(chuan)符號。“明遠”輪(lun)是(shi)同(tong)時獲得兩家船級社認證的(de)首艘智能船舶。
上海恩艾思電(dian)(dian)氣正陸續為外高橋造船承建的招商局能(neng)源運輸公(gong)司4艘40萬噸礦砂船系列船提供(gong)主配電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、應(ying)急(ji)配電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、組合啟動(dong)屏、單(dan)體起動(dong)器、分電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)、廚房配電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、岸電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)、電(dian)(dian)工試驗板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、遙控按鈕盒等電(dian)(dian)氣配套設備。
